Hi there, I'm Cassi Luttrell, MSCN! I was born and raised in a small town in North Texas and came from a long line of farmers and ranchers. This has given me a firsthand understanding of where food comes from and the importance of wholesome ingredients. A pivotal moment in my journey towards health and wellness occurred when my dad had a heart attack at the young age of 44. Witnessing his transformation through nutrition and its profound impact on his life ignited my passion for health.  My personal health challenges further inspired me to obtain an Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching Certificate and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition.  

I have specialized training in Nutrigenomics (how nutrients affect gene expression) and Nutrigenetics (how genetic variations influence individual responses to nutrients), allowing me to delve deep into the science behind nutrition and its effects on human physiology. I am now a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) candidate pursuing Board Certification. My mission is to guide individuals toward optimal health and wellness through holistic practices emphasizing medical nutrition therapy integrated with lifestyle considerations.
